  • With the goal of reaching more visitors, advocated for, planned, designed and deployed a new tourism digital kiosk network to modernize information delivery
  • Used data and digital thinking to optimize building and staff operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Re-invented the department’s data and analytics program to facilitate the development of a new public-facing dashboard with automated data publishing and grow digital capabilities within the organization
  • Coordinated the transition of a Visitor Information Centre from one building to another with the intent to create a better and more interconnected, branded experience for visitors
